Fearless: The New Rules for Unlocking Creativity, Courage, and Success by Rebecca Minkoff

Rebecca Minkoff, co-founder and creative director of her namesake company, is a powerhouse! We were fortunate to have heard from Rebecca at TSC Summit 2021 as well as having her lead a Founders Roundtable webinar in 2020.

In her new book, she explains to readers how to take their rightful place in the driver’s seat through focused and fearless strategies. She also shares her own stories and teaches readers how she was able to reach her goals to become the successful fashion designer, and businesswoman, she is today.

Since this is not a bite, I am temporarily making this B stand for Beverages! El Guapo Bitters are just too good to not share especially for these hot summer days and evenings!

These cocktail bitters, syrups + mixers are lovingly crafted by hand in New Orleans. Ingredients are locally sourced and traceable to the farm level, or third-party certified organic while the entire line is non-GMO, high fructose corn syrup free, gluten-free and vegetarian, too.

With their products regularly featured in national publications like Coastal Living, Southern Living, Garden & Gun, Cooking Light, Esquire, Edible, as well as being on shelves at national retailers such as Whole Foods and Neiman Marcus, you know their products must be some kind of good!

With delicious recipes on-site, it makes it easy to place an order. One of my favorite recipes is the Pink Pina Colada – try saying that fast 5 times!

Hacks

Jean Smart has always been a favorite actress, so I will admit her name is what caught my eye. I mean who doesn’t love Charlene Frazier from Designing Women? After watching the two-minute trailer, I knew this was a must-watch show and that is exactly what I did! During last week’s bad weather here on the coast, we had a full day of rain and I sat down and knocked out the first season. Soooo good (you will see just what an amazing actress Jean Smart really is) and I cannot wait to see what happens in season 2 of this HBO Max original show.

J. Catma

Love what the ladies are doing at J. Catma! They exclusively source high-quality textiles, accessories and jewelry from artisans to bring the crafts of ancient India to modern-day women. By working directly with artisans in India, they are able to produce truly authentic pieces not found elsewhere. I can’t think of a more perfect purchase for my B list than this bee clutch
