Whitney’s B’s for The Southern C

TSC Summit alum and panelist Holly Williams mentioned this book during her session and said it was life-changing.  I immediately purchased and would have to agree with her – Sacred Rest is a great read from Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith, a board-certified internal medicine doctor. She reveals why rest can no longer remain optional. She talks about the seven types of rest and then combines her scientific research with personal stories, spiritual insight, and practical next steps.

How do you decide when it comes to Caroline’s Cakes spring flavors such as Blueberry Lime, Coconut Cloud, Seven Layer Caramel, Pink Champagne, Carrot Cake plus lots more? One of each please!

Have you watched The Queen’s Gambit yet? Kind of late to the game but glad several friends shared this dramatic Netflix mini-series with me – really, really good! I would like to read the book next.

Honey and Hanks’s “Design with a Wink” tea towels are the cutest! They use a clever design trick in their patterns so be sure to look closely. I am especially loving their Easter lily and Easter palm designs with Easter just around the corner!
