Meet Christina Quinn of Rose & Co Creative

Hi! I’m the founder of Rose & Co. Creative, a boutique marketing studio serving creative brands and luxury service-based businesses in NYC, Westchester & Fairfield County.

We specialize in elevated digital storytelling, offering social media management, content creation, and newsletter marketing that enhances our clients’ online presence, and creates an emotional connection with their ideal audience.

I have an undergraduate business degree from Villanova, and over six years of digital marketing experience in a variety of industries, including corporate law, wellness, publishing, beauty, weddings & events, and interior design.

Why did you join TSC Membership?

I joined TSC to connect with and learn from this incredible community that I’ve long admired.

What is a favorite small business you like to shop or support?

There are so many small businesses I love, but a few favorites are @wyldblue_ for beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces, @andjameskatonah for the cutest baby gifts, and @mrslondons for the most incredible croissants.

Where do you go to get your inspiration now?

I draw a lot of inspiration from interior design, architecture, and editorial photography. Walking in the West Village, visiting The Met, or even reading an issue of Arch Digest can spark an idea. I also love traveling, I really find that exploring new places resets my creativity.

What is the best business advice you have ever given or received?

The best advice I’ve ever received is:  Build something that is aligned, thoughtful, and true to your story, and the right clients will connect with it.”

Meet Kylie Rae Fitzgibbons of Service with a Smile

Hi! My name is Kylie Rae (Find me on IG @kylieraeofsunshine) or connect on LinkedIn. I believe a simple smile can change the world.

A Luxury Hospitality Experience Expert and founder of Service with a Smile (servicewithasmile.ky), on a 50 states tour this year, expanding my reach dedicated to elevating service experiences across America (and beyond) to create unforgettable, heart-centered moments in the customer experience journey.

Why did you join TSC Membership?

The best part about being a TSC Member is the opportunity to be a part of something bigger (community, events, relationships, and collaborations). I first learned about TSC when my best friend attended the Savannah Summit years ago and came back raving about the experience with the most stunning designer dress… it immediately put this community on my radar. It was only recently after an active TSC member, Ms. Leighton Newberry, founder of Recruitment Ready, who introduced me to the TSC membership opportunity and encouraged me to dive in. I’m so grateful she did and I’m so excited to be here to connect and collaborate with this community of lovely ladies making a massive positive impact.

What is a favorite small business you like to shop or support?

Sincerely, I could write a book of all the small businesses I shop at and support. If you’d be interested in the 50 state tour highlights at the end of this year, I am working on a blog style list to be shareable. Sharing a few of my favorite small businesses to shop or support in no specific order: Apple Boulevard Boutique (Frisco, Texas), Grace Bridge Resale (Frisco, Texas), Three Little Birds retail shop (Lancaster, Pennsylvania), Eden Day Spa (Boca Raton, Florida), Vivo Cafe (Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands).

Where do you go to get your inspiration now?

Inspiration is everywhere! I have a unique perspective on life that naturally finds the blessing and bright side of every instance. Outside (especially in the sun by nature). Traveling. Spending time with others. Church and music are always a good resource for inspiration.

What is the best business advice you have ever given or received?

“If there is a will, there is a way… Everything is negotiable.”

Meet Zoe Shields of Bramble & Cane

My name is Zoe Shields. I started in New York editorial, later consulted global brands on digital strategy, and today I lead Bramble & Cane, a creative studio and journal exploring concept-driven design across art, interiors, food, and travel from historic Georgetown.

Why did you join TSC Membership?

I joined TSC to connect with incredible, creative women, and the best part has been the community. So inspiring, supportive, full of energy.

What is a favorite small business you like to shop or support?

D.C. is full of gems, but Manse wins for me. Every visit is a little lesson in impeccable curation.

Where do you go to get your inspiration now?

Traveling and fully immersive experiences are my biggest sources of inspiration; when every sense is engaged, ideas start flowing.

What is the best business advice you have ever given or received?

Follow what’s fun. It’s the advice that keeps me motivated, inspired, and moving toward projects I truly love.
