With more than 13 years of experience across M&A, growth strategy, and business development, Molly previously oversaw M&A at a high-growth firm, where she led hundreds of acquisitions and evaluated businesses from the acquirer’s side of the table. Today, she brings that buyer-side experience to her work advising founders, giving her a unique perspective on both sides of a transaction. She understands how acquirers evaluate businesses, what drives enterprise value, and what founders can do well before a sale to build a more valuable, transferable, and exit-ready company.
