In 2015, Dunn joined her mother, Shannon, at the helm of the brand, bringing an understanding of the modern, digital-forward customer. With a creative eye and passion for timeless designs, Dunn helped establish a distinctive look for Little English, developing signature motifs and silhouettes that are beloved by customers and recognized nationwide.
Dunn has been instrumental in the company’s continued growth, extending her leadership well beyond product design. She has spearheaded company-wide systems and digital advancements, led hiring and team development, and helped position Little English for its next generation of customers.
