CJ Frogozo is a senior marketing and communications executive with deep expertise in full-funnel brand building — from cultural relevance and awareness to conversion and long-term growth. She currently serves as a fractional executive for SUSU Co., a lifestyle brand curating Italian-made jewelry and home goods, and as the fractional Chief Growth Officer and a movement instructor at The22, a Florence-based boutique wellness space.

CJ has held leadership roles at some of the most innovative consumer brands, including OLAPLEX (fractional communications), Daily Harvest (VP, Corporate Affairs), Thinx (VP, PR & Community), and Tinder (Global Head of Social Impact). Across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle, she has built integrated campaigns that pair strong storytelling with measurable results, spanning PR, brand strategy, partnerships, performance marketing, and experiential activations.

Known for aligning brand voice with business goals, CJ helps companies translate cultural relevance into marketing ecosystems that drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty. She lives between Brooklyn and Florence with her dog, Drake.
