Brooke Bell is the EVP/Chief Content Officer at Birmingham, Alabama-based Hoffman Media, LLC, where she oversees the content for all Hoffman Media brands such as Bake from Scratch, Victoria, Southern Lady, Taste of the South, The Cottage Journal, and more; culinary production; events; and 83 Press, Hoffman Media’s boutique book division. Her most recent cookbook, Holiday Coupetails, was co-authored with Brian Hart Hoffman and released in the fall of 2023. Brooke is a founding member of the Birmingham chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier.
