Shannon Latham is the founder and CEO of Little English – a female owned and operated design house with tradition at its heart. Inspired by the hand-sewn clothing of generations past and the belief that “children should be well dressed as children,” Shannon founded Little English in 2004 with a singular item: the classic day gown. Recognizing a gap in the marketplace for heirloom-quality childrenswear for both playtime and special occasions, Shannon has spent more than two decades building Little English into a beloved, multi-million-dollar brand known for exceptional manufacturing, high-quality fabrics, and timeless design.
Today, she leads a team that designs nearly 300 pieces per season, sold online and by more than 300 retailers nationwide.
Alongside Little English, Shannon owns two additional children’s brands that fall under the Latham Companies umbrella – BISBY and 3 Marthas. All brands are headquartered in Lexington, KY.
