My husband and I grew up on the beaches of Georgia and hit the gulf for “vacations to the beach” but we discovered The Hamptons when we married and went for two 4th of July celebrations with friends. I totally agree that it is the same escape and there is nothing better for peace of mind than a trip to ANY beach with family and friends. Have fun relaxing this week! I am jealous!
