We did ribs on the Big Green Egg this weekend that were delish- 2 hours uncovered and then 2 wrapped in foil and then 1 hour uncovered again to get the yummy crusty outside. They were great. We used a rub. I doctored up a store bought sauce to serve on the side but would love a good homemade from scratch sauce recipe. Do you have one?
