Meet Brooke Adler, Brooke Adler Interiors
I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, and attended UNC Chapel Hill where I majored in Communications and History. I started my career in fashion merchandising while I got my MBA at Queens University at night. After 2 kids, I started my own design business on the side and grew it for a few years until I was ready to quit my day job and hire help. I specialize in residential interior design and love working with families on the east coast that really want to turn their homes into spaces they truly love.

Why did you join TSC Membership?
My business coach told me about the TSC Summit and I have been wanting to attend. I didn’t even know “membership” was a thing until I attended my first Summit and was blown away by the women in this group.
What is a favorite small business you like to shop or support?
I use flowers a lot in my business for photoshoots, gifts and events and I love to support a local florist who inspires me by putting so much “design” into her arrangements with special vessels and interesting flowers you don’t see everywhere.
Where do you go to get your inspiration now?
I flip through design magazines from time to time, but I know the lead time from the point of design to point of print can be lengthy. I truly love Instagram because I love seeing things currently in the works now and people being able to share what they love in the moment.
What is the best business advice you have ever given or received?
“If you’re talking to everyone, you are talking to no one.” I have long felt like I didn’t want to make any of my audience feel “excluded” but it was precluding me from really honing in and finding my brand aesthetic and voice. Really taking this to heart means that I can truly focus on the customers who I love that drive my business.
Meet Amy Voloshin of Printfresh
Hi! I’m Amy Voloshin, Founder of Printfresh. We are known for our bright, whimsical prints on organic size-inclusive pajamas. We sell online, through specialty department stores like Anthropologie and lifestyle and fashion boutiques, as well as at our own store in NYC on the Upper East Side. I’m a mom of two and live in Philadelphia. We are a family fun business and I’ve been working with my husband for the last 16 years.
Why did you join TSC Membership?
I heard such wonderful things about the Summit from friends and received such a warm welcome when I first attended. I knew I wanted to become a member right after this! I’ve never met so many creative, wonderful women all together, and I’m so impressed with everyone’s willingness to connect and share advice and resources.
What is a favorite small business you like to shop or support?
Alicia Goodwin of Lingua Nigra makes the most beautiful jewelry – I met her at a tradeshow years ago and am such a fan.
Hemlock and Hyde is a brand local to Philadelphia and hand craft beautiful leather bags. I love watching them hand craft everything on Instagram and Tiktok!
Where do you go to get your inspiration now?
I find inspiration everywhere, especially from traveling whether that’s near or far! I just got back from Portugal with my family and was especially inspired by all of the gorgeous tiles.
What is the best business advice you have ever given or received?
Go above and beyond with customer service. Really working to make things right for customers makes a fan for life and then they will tell all of their friends!

Where do you go to get your inspiration now?
I love following other creators and scoping out Pinterest! I feel most inspired after taking time away from work to get outside in nature, especially near a body of water.
What is the best business advice you have ever given or received?
“Life is a group project. Collaboration and doing your part, especially in business is crucial.” I told my employees this a year ago and they still bring it up!
Meet Lauren-Ashton Moncrief of L Marketing Consultants
Introduce yourself
My name is Lauren-Ashton (LA for short) Moncrief and I am a digital marketer based in Texas with a retail and ecommerce marketing background. I co-own a digital advertising agency called L Marketing Consultants with my business partner and fellow TSC member, Lorene Agather. Recently, I partnered with my husband on Amigos Spice Co. Amigos Spice Company was created as a part of our personal health and food journey as we worked through our fertility journey and also discovered my husband has Lyme Disease. My husband and I were not able to find seasoning blends that tasted good AND were transparent about their ingredients. We wanted something that tasted great, and that people could feel good about using for them and their family so Amigos Spice Co was born!
