Jennifer Luong has spent 20 years in Sourcing & Compliance identifying and leveraging brand opportunities, pioneering products, processes, and programs for businesses in the home decor category by creating design/operational/compliance roadmaps, and driving tremendous growth. Jennifer spent eighteen years as an executive at Ballard Designs, and now consults to help brands grow in the areas of: sourcing, supply chain, compliance and as a fractional CEO (currently with Amanda Lindroth Corp.)

With extensive experience in the home decor and furniture categories, Jennifer’s expertise in sourcing, supply chain, operations, direct import, compliance, product development, product design, pricing and margin optimization, quality standards, packaging standards, drop testing and more make her an invaluable strategic partner.
