What is better than pimento cheese for The Masters?

Hmmm maybe Pimento Cheese Sausage Balls.

Perfect for Easter too!

 

Makes 48 balls. 350 degrees F.

Ingredients:

1 lb. cooked ground pork sausage

2 cups Callie’s Buttermilk Biscuit Mix

1 1/2 cups Callie’s Pimento Cheese

2 Tbs. chopped fresh chives

 

Directions: 

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape mixture into 48 1-inch balls. Bake in pre-heated oven until golden brown and firm 15 minutes. Cool and serve warm or at room temp. Can be frozen ahead of time.
