I WANT TO ATTEND A SOUTHERN C EVENT! WHEN ARE YOU LAUNCHING TICKETS?

We’d love you to join! Tickets for both in-person and virtual attendance go on sale in September for the 2024 TSC Summit (January 30-February 1, 2024).  Tickets sell out quickly, so sign up for our newsletter here and follow us on social media so that you can be notified when tickets launch.

WHAT IS THE AGENDA FOR TSC 2024 SUMMIT?

In Person Attendees: Come early, stay late! You’ve got options. The Summit kicks off on Tuesday, January 30th for all attendees with a favorite – Swag Market – from 10 am-noon. This interactive 2 hour brand discovery opportunity is a TSC Summit favorite and great way to kick off the Summit! Attendees stop by beautifully appointed tables to receive a gift provided by participating Swag Market sponsors.

At 1 pm, the doors open and the event comes alive with our presenters, sessions, and a lively mix of events.  The Summit concludes on Thursday, February 1st at noon.  Note: Many of the attendees choose to stay on for additional nights to further enjoy the resort and our fantastic room rate. Optional add-ons:  Attendees may opt for add-on workshops that begin the morning of Tuesday, January 30th. Click here to learn more.  Our TSC Members may choose to arrive on Monday, January 29th to attend our signature Members-Only Party from 6-8 pm. ARE THE WORKSHOPS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?

No, you can book a single workshop for an additional $195. You’ll have the opportunity to sign up for a workshop at checkout.

Designed with our demographic in mind, our small format workshop add-on offerings allow attendees to dig deep on several high-priority topics with some of our phenomenal experts. Plan to arrive early as workshops start at 8:30 am and run concurrently so only one workshop can be selected. Workshops are for full access TSC Summit attendees only.

I PURCHASED A TICKET TO YOUR EVENT ONLINE. WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL TICKET IN THE MAIL?

No – we do not issue physical tickets to our events. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation at the email address associated with your registration. Rest assured that if you received a confirmation email, you do indeed have a ticket!

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS IF BRINGING TEAM MEMBERS?

All events are name badge required and we have limited ticket availability so we are unable to do any discounting. We do see it as a very positive experience for those that attend with their teams – the adage “a great opportunity to work on your business while not in it!” The Summit is an investment but one with a very strong return.

WHAT IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION?

If you did not receive an email (check your spam/junk folder), please contact us immediately at teamtsc@thesouthernc.com as it is likely your ticket did not process. Although we try our best to proactively catch any incomplete ticket issues, we cannot be responsible for ticket purchase errors and cannot remedy incomplete ticket issues after the event is sold out.

HOW DO I RECEIVE ALL OF THE SUMMIT DETAILS AND UPDATES?

Once you have a ticket, you will be added to our attendee newsletter list to receive updates on the event for which you registered. Updates include: details on downloading our event app, logistical information, venue details, presenters announcements and sponsor highlights.  Note: You can opt out of our newsletter at any time, but you will no longer receive information about the event.

SUMMIT IS SOLD OUT! DO YOU HAVE A WAITING LIST?

We do! It’s first-come, first-serve. The list can be quite lengthy, so we encourage you to email us as soon as possible with: 1) Name 2) Phone Number and 3) “Waiting List Request” in the subject line.  If a spot opens up, you will have 24 hours from notification to contact us with payment information before we move to the next name. Note: your phone number is only used for this contact purpose and will not be shared. *Waiting List tickets are subject to our ticket policy here – all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after December 15, 2023.

CAN THE AGENDA, PRESENTERS AND MENTORS CHANGE?

Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, our agenda and presenters may be subject to change without notice. Whether it’s weather or illness, we will always do our best to bring you the promoted programming. We will try to bring presenters to you virtually or book comparable offerings should this happen. Refund requests on agenda changes will not be accepted.

WHAT IS YOUR TICKET POLICY?

In the event that you are unable to attend The Summit in-person, your ticket will convert to a virtual ticket and you will be refunded the difference within two weeks of the request. *A request for an in-person ticket transfer to a virtual ticket must be made by January 2, 2024 in accordance with Sea Island Resorts food and beverage + venue headcount commitment.  To request a refund, please send an email to teamtsc@thesouthernc.com.  There are no full refunds or credits towards future events.  Attendees are not allowed to resell or transfer tickets once they have been purchased.

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT VIRTUALLY EITHER?

Good news – the Summit sessions are fully recorded so that you can enjoy the experience at a time that’s most convenient for you.

WHY NO REFUNDS? WHY NO EXCEPTIONS?

It’s our responsibility to provide our ticket holders with the best Summit experience possible. The resources to create these experiences are directly related to our budgeted ticket sales. Why no exceptions? Because one exception leads to another and another and….

HOW DO I CONNECT WITH FELLOW ATTENDEES?

You’ve got two great options!

1) The TSC App –  Connect with fellow attendees via the official TSC app. A prompt to download the app will arrive in your inbox in early January.  Expect to find everything you’ll need to maximize your Summit attendance.  You’ll find attendees, presenters, sessions, sponsors, pertinent information and all communication and updates during the Summit take place on the app. We strongly encourage you to download it as soon as it becomes available.

2) TSC Membership – Joining Membership a few months prior to the Summit can help create community prior to attending.  By no means is it necessary, but it’s a jump start to #connectcollaboratecreate with members planning to attend. I AM INTERESTED IN SPEAKING AT YOUR EVENT. HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH?

We are always interested in learning about new potential speakers. If you are interested in speaking to our attendees, a great way to get started is by completing the speaker interest form.

I’M NOT A SPONSOR, BUT MY BRAND OR COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO HOST AN EVENT FOR SUMMIT ATTENDEES DURING THE SUMMIT.

Hosting a brand event, pop-up or integration on or offsite for TSC attendees is not permitted before or during the Summit.  Please note that during the ticket registration process, all attendees are required to accept this policy or risk canceled tickets and forfeiture of future Summit ticket purchases. We do this to protect the investment of our Summit sponsors and to ensure the inclusivity of all Summit attendees. We are happy to support and promote attendee events produced outside of the event dates as is possible. Please contact us at teamtsc@thesouthernc.com if you have additional questions about this policy (see below) or requests to host an event outside of the event dates.

TSC SUMMIT COMMUNITY POLICY

No Presenter, Brand, Marketer, or Agency may host any event, function, training, seminar, focus group or other activity that, in the sole discretion of The Southern C Summit, competes with the Summit from Tuesday, January 30 through mid-day Thursday February 1, 2024. Doing so is in violation of TSC policy and will result in canceled tickets and forfeiting the ability to purchase tickets at future Summits.  Attendee participation in those types of events could also result in conference registration being revoked and future registration and/or participation denied.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Though our events have no official dress code, most attendees pack their stylish, but comfortable, attire. Sea Island’s resort property has an upscale coastal vibe. There will be photo ops galore with fellow attendees and participating brands so bring your personal style – we can’t wait.

HOW DO I GET THERE AND WHERE DO I STAY?

TSC Summit tickets do not include lodging but we do provide you with incredible rates for the Five Star Sea Island resort properties. Upon purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email with instructions on how to book your accommodations for The Cloister at Sea Island or The Inn at Sea Island. These special room block rates are exclusive to 2024 TSC Summit ticket holders.
