Jekyll Island Event to Inspire & Educate a Community of Southern Creatives

The Southern Coterie, lauded as the social network of the South, is delighted to announce The Southern C Summit on Jekyll Island, Georgia on May 1-3, 2013. The inaugural event will bring southern-inspired bloggers, businesses, and brands together for an educational and inspiring retreat. The Southern Coterie founders Whitney Long and Cheri Leavy seek to create a live event where networking is encouraged, friendships are formed and business relationships strengthened.

Originally founded as The Southern Coterie, The Southern C is a social network designed as a platform for savvy creatives to connect in an intimate online setting. Members engage in meaningful conversations and cultivate inspiring content. The Southern C Summit is designed for an array southern creatives including: bloggers, social media junkies, entrepreneurs, marketing & media professionals, and business owners.
