From a young age, my mom instructed me to wash my face every night, even if I was exhausted and wanted to leave my makeup on overnight. She told me to use under eye cream, moisturizer with SPF, and to drink lots of water.
While it seemed annoying at the time, I am so glad she instilled these skincare habits into my daily routine. I now try to instill the same great habits into my style coaching client’s skincare regimen as it’s never to late to start taking care of your skin!
For the first time, I am sharing my personal skincare regimen that I do myself and encourage my clients to do as well. Even if you just incorporate one of these products or tips into your routine, I promise you will notice a difference in your skin! And hey, when your skin is clear and glowing, that’s one less thing that you have to stress about!
