IMPORTANT FAQ for The Southern C Summit 2017
HOW MANY PEOPLE ATTEND?
250 attendees plus presenters, mentors and sponsors will be at this year’s Summit.
IS THE AGENDA AND SPEAKER ROSTER SET FIRM?
At this point, yes, but sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, this may be subject to change without notice. We will do our best to bring in comparable offerings should this happen. We are not able to make refunds based upon this.
HOW DO I SELECT MY MENTOR FOR THE MENTOR ROUND-TABLE SESSIONS?
Mentor Selection opens Wednesday (2/8) at 11 am sharp. At this time, attendees sign up for Thursday’s NEW mentor sessions. Each mentor group is limited to 10 attendees and sign-up is on a first-come, first-served basis. A complete listing of mentors will be sent to attendees a week prior to Summit.
TELL ME ABOUT THE ADD-ON WORKSHOPS:
If selecting a workshop, this must be purchased at same time as your ticket. Only ONE workshop purchase per ticket due to being held simultaneously. Once your selection has been made, it is final and non-refundable.
WHAT IS YOUR TICKET POLICY?
We offer a 50% refund on your ticket up until 30 days prior to event. Within 30 days of the event, there are no refunds or credits towards future events. Attendees are not allowed to resell or transfer tickets once they have been purchased.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Though no official dress code, most attendees pack their stylish, but comfy, attire. There will be photo ops galore with fellow attendees and participating brands.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
If flying, Jacksonville, FL and Savannah, GA airports are a little over an hour away with direct access via I-95. Brunswick, GA, also has an airport and is located approx. 20 mins from Sea Island. The physical address is 100 Hudson Place, Sea Island, GA 31561

I’M NOT A SPONSOR BUT MY BRAND OR COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO HOST AN EVENT FOR ATTENDEES DURING THE SUMMIT. HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT DOING THIS?
Sidewinder events outside of the TSC Summit are not allowed. Companies cannot throw a party, dinner, shopping event, trunk show, focus group; etc. for attendees during the conference (Wednesday, Feb 8th through Friday, Feb 10th mid-day) because we want the full focus on our sponsors and we want the group together for our activities and networking. Participation in those type events could result in conference registration being revoked and future registration and/or participation denied. We are happy to support and promote Summit attendees events produced outside of the Summit dates.

Hi, Rosa! Although we do not yet have our 2018 Summit date set, we are currently planning a 2017 intimate retreat in October in Watercolor, Florida!
