CULINARY: National Hamburger Month

Beaches and bathing suits, swimming pools and parades, kites and American flags flying high, cook-outs and celebrations are all signs that Memorial Day (the unofficial kick-off of summer) is close at hand! Coincidence that May is also National Hamburger Month? I think not! With the average American consuming three burgers per week, it’s the perfect time to pay homage to the hamburger, an iconic all-American delight.
