Hard to believe that another new year is upon us! I have a favorite bubbly cocktail I serve every year for the adults and then a kid version and wanted to share the recipes:

Elderflower Champagne Cocktail (adults)
Fill a tumbler with ice. Fill three-quarters of the glass with dry champagne or prosecco. Add thinly sliced cucumber and fresh mint. Top off with St-Germain.

Pomegranate Lemonade

Combine all ingredients together in a 3 gallon container. Serve with ice and an optional alcoholic spirit on the side for your guests who wish to drink alcohol.

Also, just stumbled upon this list from Saveur Magazine and think I may have to shake things up and try these instead this NY’s eve. They are almost too pretty to drink!
