Classic. Cool. Chic. Cozy. Camel is the “it” color for fall! This versatile neutral plays well with most hues on the color wheel. Stick with varying shades of brown such as caramel, beige, khaki or buff to create an easy-on the-eyes ensemble. Or pair it with black, green, maroon, orange or red and you instantly have an outfit reflective of fall. Look to style magazines and blogs for outfit ideas or even your favorite shelter publication to get inspiration for other colors to pair with camel. Also, think back to some of the classic movie stars- Greta, Katherine, Audrey, Rita – and you will recall that camel was often a wardrobe staple. So, when you are out shopping be sure to add some camel colored pieces to your cart and you will look like a movie star, too!
