With The Southern C Summit fast approaching, we are excited to share more details!  Take a sneak peek at this year’s luncheon on Thursday, April 30th

Attendees will step next door to the stunning and historic William Aiken house for a culinary treat – a Moo Shu lunch prepared by Chef Nico of FISH Restaurant.

South Carolina’s singular French Master Chef Nico Romo reimagines classic French cuisine with delicate Asian touches and unrivaled presentation at FISH Restaurant. Their always-changing menu showcases the finest local and sustainable ingredients, resulting in fresh and flavorful dishes that engage and inspire. We we’re quite taken with his fresh and innovative dishes last year and can’t wait to see what his team creates this year!
